Quality at Robert Mitchell Inc. is everyone's responsibility and is achieved through the involvement of all employees in the process of quality and our continuous improvement program.

In addition, we are constantly evaluating our continuous improvement program to encourage the identification of opportunities for improvement in our overall process, and those specific to our customers' applications.

Our complete commitment to customer satisfaction, through our product realization process, from design to delivery, results in actively following the procedures called out in our Quality Manual.

The successful implementation of our Quality System allows us to understand the needs, requirements and expectations of our customers. It also provides the necessary support to our employees to ensure the involvement of all to satisfy our customers and to achieve the objectives of the organization.

We believe that quality is the responsibility of all employees of the organization. Everyone has the right and is encouraged to:

    • identify the problems of our manufacturing processes and our Quality System,
    • promote actions to prevent recurrence of the problem,
    • recommend and provide solutions to management.

Through training and continuous improvement, we always aim to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality System to enhance our performance and achieve excellence.
